Time ago I bought a dvb-2009hd.\r\nSome time I have a problem-one of the frequencies that broadcast TV can not scan because block tuner and having to reboot to start again.I have no problem scanning other frequencies that broadcast TV. Our broadcast on 23, 40, 52 and 64 channels. Problem is a 64 channel-818MHz-does not matter whether automatic or manual scan, the problem remains. Dear Onvon, I bought from you a DVB-2009HD mpeg4 car tuner about half a year ago. The tuner was work correctly until now. The main problem with my unit is black screen ...I tried to separate unplug the tv antennas and the Video, but seems nothing, so I\'m getting sad now.Please give me a chance to solve my problem, and firstly I like to upgrade the unit via the usb plug, so give me the newest firmware files if it possible or I\'ll resend it back to you so I\'ll get new box .Waiting your kindly reply Sincerelly. \r\nMishel(from eBay)

I bought a DVB-2009HD in november 2009 through. I got it after a few days but the remote did not work. After many emails and requests I was assured twice that a new remote control was sent to me, but I did not receive anything. Without the remote it is not possible to use the tuner (it is even impossible to get in to the startup setup).\r\nI wanted to send the whole unit back, but the shipping costs are over 30 Euros and I\'m afraid that Onvon will not give me my money back, as they wrote that I had to wait for the new remote (waiting since 10 months...).

Just confirm you have not receive our sent remote yet ? sorry for it may be there is some thing wrong in the issue. .     Reply by onVon_admin at 2010-10-11 04:13:36
