Shipping from onVon.com is cheaper and faster than you think.


We offer shipping worldwide to mostly all locations. Please note that you are responsible to check the legality of these items in your country. We are not responsible for confiscated items by your local authorities.

Shipping Costs:

All our shipping costs are calculated automatically. The prices depend on the different rates of the shipping companies like UPS, Fedex, DHL,etc. onVon.com will send the delivery to the destination the customer gave to us.

All orders must be prepaid include shipping. Shipping charges are not refundable. If we sent to you a wrong product on our mistake, we will replace it with the correct product at no cost for you.

To facilitate trading with onVon.com, we make the shipping rates visible BEFORE you actually commit to the order. If you have special ordering requirements, please correspond with our sales department, who will advise you of the details of such costs before your confirm your order.

Shipping Availability Date:

You can see the estimated arrival dates of your order during checkout.

To calculate the estimated arrival dates, we add the time it takes to process your order before it ships plus the time it takes to arrive at your shipping address after it leaves our warehouse.

Most packages in your order can be tracked via our carriers' websites. It may take up to 1 business day for your information to be posted on the carrier's website from the date your order is shipped. Order tracking is available for orders placed within the last 60 days. Sign in to your account to track a shipped order.

Please note:

onVon.com does its best to ensure your delivery arrives on time. However, delivery dates are not guaranteed and your order may arrive after the estimated arrival date for various reasons, including unforeseen delays.

For example, your order may arrive after the estimated arrival date you see in checkout for any of the following reasons:

  • Order contains items with longer than 2 day processing time
  • Large orders that have more than 100 items may require longer processing time
  • Delivery is to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address
  • Delivery is outside the 48 continental United States
  • Delays for Canada and International orders due to customs clearance
  • Delays due to problems with credit card authorization and verification
  • Problems with uploaded designs or media that do not meet our recommended requirements encountered during processing of your order

Most of the items we send within 2-3 working days after confirming the order on onVon.com and confirming the payment. Mostly the goods take 4-5 working days to major destinations. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once the order has been shipped out.

Sometimes we can't ship this quickly. If we can't ship your order within 2-3 business days, we will contact you by email. We will inform you of an expected shipping date. Any delay on delivery by the shipping company is not cause for refund of shipping and will not effect any of the fees associated with the item. Any delay due to attempted delivery of an order is not cause for refund of shipping and will not effect any of the fees associated with the item.

If you pay us by credit card or unverified paypal account, it will take an additional 24-48 hours to confirm the validity of the credit card. Some international orders make take as much as 72 hours before shipping. All international packages are subject to customs inspections and may be delayed several days. All customs fees are the customer's responsibility, packages refused because of customs fees will be charged the return postage.


For high value orders, we suggest you choose the shipping insurance to guard against loss and damages in transportation. All items are carefully packed and addressed for export delivery. If the items are damaged or lost in transportation, onVon.com shall not be liable to bear it. In the event that insurance was purchased and a claim for shipping insurance needs to be filed, please contact Customer Services to initiate the claim. onVon.com will work in good faith with the insurance company's.

Customs Clearance, Import Duties and VAT:

In most countries, you have to pay taxes or duties on imported goods. Sometimes goods under a certain value, or in certain categories, do not incur taxes.

Therefore, we cannot, and will not, offer advice about taxes in your country. As it is your responsibility to find out that information before you order.

If you have to pay import taxes and/or additional duties and sales taxes, then you would have to pay that to the courier upon receipt of the package(s). We can't calculate this for you and there is no way to pre-pay it. If you are drop-shipping or sending a gift item to someone, please make sure they are aware of the possibility of having to pay taxes when receiving the goods.

Please find out as much as you can about your import taxes in your own country before completing your order. If you find out information about the import tax situation in your country, and you believe there are ways to minimize the taxes you have to pay (or eliminate the taxes altogether), just mark it in your order what you need by putting instructions (regarding labeling, packing, declarations, invoices, etc.) in the comments field during checkout. We can do it as per your request.

onVon.com shall not be responsible for any shipping or customs delay as this is outside our control.

Product Certifications:

Each country has its own certification requirements. It is your responsibility to ensure that individual products meet the certification requirements of your country before you purchase the product. If you have a specific question about a product, please contact our Customer Services directly.


All of our items are guaranteed by us for 1 full year or longer unless stated otherwise. The warranty work is provided by us. Please contact us for warranty mailing address. Please have your order number ready.

You may return non-defective items within 7 days of purchase. (Less shipping charges and 5% restocking fee) If you took advantage of a "free" shipping offer you will be charged $7.95 (minimum) or actual shipping + 5% restocking fee for non defective returns.

Non-defective items returned up to 7 days will be charged a 5% restocking fee.

Non-defective items returned after 7 days and up to 30 days will be charged a 15% restocking fee.

If you received free shipping, a $7.95 minimum or actual shipping and handling charges will be deducted from your refund. All non-defective returns and cancellations are subject to a 5% Restocking fee. Mail in orders paid by check or money order is not subject to the 5% fee if returned within 7 days. There will be no refunds after 30 days. There will be no Non-defective returns after 30 days. If you return an Item to us after 30 days we will refuse and/or return the package back to you per our discretion at your cost. In the unlikely event that we are unable to return the item to you we will charge a 25% restocking fee regardless of the circumstances.

To receive any refund , all exchanged /returned merchandise must be in 100% original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, and warranty cards (not filled-out) and all accessories including software and original wire ties and plastic bags.  Merchandise must be in its original box with no writing on the box, paper work or manual included with the item. Merchandise must be shipped in a shipping box. Items returned without a shipping box may be charged a fee. You are responsible for any shipping charges to return the item to us. Previous notification of missing items BEFORE returning the item is required. Merchandise that is returned with missing or damaged items will be charged a fee to replace the missing items or returned to the customer.

To expedite your return, you must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from us before returning your item. All returns must be shipped prepaid and insured. There will be no refunds after 30 days. There will be no Non-defective returns after 30 days. If you return an Item to us after 30 days we will refuse and/or return the package back to you per our discretion at your cost. In the unlikely event that we are unable to return the item to you we will charge a 25% restocking fee regardless of the circumstances.  Items returned without an RMA, Refused for delivery or undeliverable to the address you provide will be subject to a 25% restocking fee, in the unlikely event that we  make an exception it will be on a per case basis.  RMA's must be clearly marked on the shipping box. We are not responsible for any returns lost by the shipping company, it is your responsibility to insure and track the package. Items returned without an RMA number may also cause a refund to be delayed.


onVon.com will not accept any item for return that does not have a Return Authorization Number. This number can be obtained by email to onVon@onVon.comand leaving a message containing

What is the SPECIFIC reason for the defective return? (BE VERY SPECIFIC PLEASE)

  • 1. All items must be returned in the same condition as they were delivered.

  • 2. If this item is defective upon receipt, customer has up to 7 days from date of receipt for exchange of a new one.

  • 3. We offer free repairing service within the warranty period. BUT if the item is damaged by the customer, the customer needs to bear the repair fee. Obviously, we are unable to warranty damages caused by misuse of the item including damage from water and physical damage. If you drop and break your phone, it is not covered.

  • 4. For the first 3 months of purchase, we will pay one way shipping cost (from China to your location). After 3 months of purchase, the buyer needs to pay 2 ways of shipping cost. Buyers should contact us within 7 days if they find they get DOA item. We will arrange exchange if defective found in this period. Buyer need to return it for replacement. We would not send out new item for exchange before receiving the former item.

  • 5. onVon.com would not be responsible for item loss if carrier (UPS/DHL/EMS/FEDEX) proves the item is "Delivered" or the buyer gives a wrong address. Please make sure your address is reachable since UPS/DHL/EMS/FEDEX charge high returning fee for postage. If postage been sent back due to buyer's reason such as wrong address, not reachable or refuse cooperating with carrier in relative matters, we will ask refund for the relative returning fees (we will provide UPS/DHL/EMS receipt).

  • 6. onVon.com reserves the right to return all items to buyer if items are not DOA, (dead on arrival) or if items have been damaged in any way beyond our pictorial database of your item held on file for 60 Days.

  • 7. You will have 72 hours after you have received your Return Authorization Number to ship all items back to onVon.com. All items after receiving may take 15-30 days to be processed.

  • 8. onVon.com will not issue any refunds until we have the items in our possession to insure items are in the same condition as when shipped.

  • 9. onVon.com will not authorize a return due to buyer's error. (Lack of reading the specification of the item)

  • 10. 15% Restocking fee will be charged for returning non-defective product.

  • 11. onVon.com has the right to cancel the order or delay the shipment if buyer has unconfirmed address or unverified / unregistered in Papal.

  • 12. S&H and insurance fees are not refundable at any time.

  • 13. Buyers are responsible for returning fees at any case.

RETURNING IS NON Refundable. Exchange Only!

REMARK: Please check the package when you sign. If you find any problems (For example the item is damaged or lost in transportation).Please tell the carrier and ask them to compensate your loss.onVon has non- responsibility to resend or repair the item if the package is damaged or lost in transportation.

We reserve the right to terminate any transaction, no matter what stage it is at during the ordering process, and refund any money that have been paid.

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without providing any earlier written notification.
