We have tried to contact you, but we couldn't successfully get to talk to you and approve your Paypal payment.
Why would we need to do this?
If you are a new customer, we might need to contact you by telephone to confirm your Paypal payment has been authourized by you before we can continue processing your order. Alternatively, if your order is a drop-ship order (this is where the billing address and Paypal account are in your name, but the goods are to be shipped to a different address) and we don't already know you, we will probably telephone you and check everything is okay before we go ahead and continue to process your order.
